The Bluffs on the Potomac Property Owners Association was incorporated as a Not-For-Profit Corporation in West Virginia on June 6, 2006. Our current Business Registration Certificate was issued on July 1, 2011.
We are a private community overlooking the South Branch of the Potomac River and the slopes of Patterson Creek Mountain between Ft. Ashby, Springfield, and Romney, WV located in Hampshire and Mineral counties.
The objectives of the Association is to maintain the roads situated in the subdivision known as "Bluffs on the Potomac," for the benefit of the property owners in the Subdivision.
