Welcome to the Bluffs on the Potomac

Our fantastic mountainside community finds its virtual home here, where we provide you with helpful information about the Bluffs.

Current Owners:

Inside you will find information on upcoming events, contractor recommendations, development regulations, and contact information. Have you lost your keys or need an additional copy, you can find the information in the File Cabinet under the Reference section.

Prospective Owners:

Feel free to explore our public areas for information on bylaws, contact information, lots for sale, maps of the development, and photos that will make you want to be part of Bluffs on the Potomac.
Enjoy your visit and be sure to return often to see what's happening at the Bluffs!

Prospective Contractors:

The Bluffs Community is always looking for reliable contractors. The community has advertised several contracts involving landscaping and road maintenance. Click here for the details. Remember, interested parties should send an e-mail to: bluffsmtnc@gmail.com. Please provide a POC, background on your company and your areas of interest. The board will provide Request for Proposal with Statement of Works to qualified and licensed contractors. Survey of existing infrastructure can be set up by appointment.

State Roads

State Maintained Roads:

Thank you to those owners who have contacted the West Virginia Department of Highways SWAT hotline. It has made a huge difference in how our state roads are maintained. This has been especially true for the recent work on Graces Cabin Road.

Owners concerned about State maintained road conditions are now encouraged to contact the West Virginia Department of Highways SWAT hotline with concerns about adverse road conditions or maintenance. They can be reached at:
